Sir Liam Fox is chairman of the UK Abraham Accords Group, and a former British Secretary of State for Defence and Secretary of State for International Trade, a role in which he concurrently served as President of the Board of Trade. Sir Liam was the Conservative Member of Parliament for North Somerset for 32 years and also served as a Foreign Office Minister under John Major. In 2020, Sir Liam was the UK's candidate to be the Director-General of the World Trade Organisation. A graduate of medicine from the University of Glasgow, Dr. Fox recently wrote The Coming Storm: Why Water Will Write the 21st Century. This is his second book after 2013's Rising Tides: Facing the Challenges of the New Era.
