He was born into a family with a strong military tradition. Colonel of the French Army (retired in 2000), with 26 years of military service as a parachutist officer in the Foreign Legion and Special Operations Command. Participation in numerous operations in Africa and the Balkans, particularly Rwanda (1994) and Kosovo (1999). Founder and president of his consulting company, EPEE, specializing in strategic intelligence and corporate diplomacy (2005-2025). Author of three books: L'Europe est morte à Pristina (2014), Les larmes de l'honneur (2016), Regard critique sur les évolutions du monde, du Rwanda à l'Ukraine en passant par le Kosovo et le Sa: Regard critique sur les causes d'une tragédie (2024).
