Carlos Roa is an American geopolitical analyst, journalist, and strategist. He was formerly the Executive Editor of The National Interest and remains a contributing editor of that publication. His research focuses on multipolarity, geoeconomics, history, and the effects of technology on institutions and societal development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service. His articles and essays have appeared in a variety of publications and magazines in North America, Europe, and Asia.
