Noel Horváth is a master’s student in International Studies at the University of Public Service (LUPS), where he also studies Sports Diplomacy. He earned his bachelor’s degree in International Public Administration at the same institution. He has a strong interest in European Union-related policies, which is reflected in his role as Vice President of the Event Management section of HEAD-NKE (LUPS). Alongside his studies, he works as a sports and youth policy advisor at the Budapest Mayor’s Office.
