Dr. Zsolt Krisztián Kutnyánszky obtained his law degree from the University of Pécs. He previously served as Deputy State Secretary responsible for Transport Operational Programs at the Ministry for Innovation and Technology, and later as State Secretary for Industry and the Labour Market at the Ministry for Technology and Industry. As State Secretary at the Ministry of Defense, he is responsible for overseeing defense policy, the entire defense development process, defense-related procurements, and the continued development and strengthening of the defense industry closely connected to these areas.
