Currently serving as Ministerial Commissioner at the Ministry of Culture and Innovation, Katalin Kardosné Gyurkó is responsible for promoting cooperation between generations. Her duties include mediating between family-related civil and advocacy organizations and government bodies, in order to more effectively represent the specific interests of families and intergenerational cooperation. Her work spans across family policy, demography, civil society, education, and culture. She previously served as the Secretary General and later, from 2016 to 2024, as the President of the National Association of Large Families (NOE), where she carried out advocacy and charitable work on behalf of over 85,000 people. She is also the founder of the Érd Association of Large Families. She holds a degree in economics from Corvinus University of Budapest.
