Associate professor at the Academy of the Police Force in Bratislava, Slovakia. Actually, head of the Public Law Department, lecturing Criminal Law, International Security, International Public Law and International police cooperation. He is an author of various publications in the field of international security and international police cooperation. As a teacher and researcher, he has been focusing on international public law for a long time, especially on international security regarding energy and environmental security, counterterrorism, cyber defence, human and social aspects of security. He is also a member of the Police Force, so he also focuses pedagogically and scientifically on the security policy aspects.
