Dr. Ágnes Veszelszki, Ph.D. Linguist, economist, and communication researcher. Dean of the István Nemeskürty Faculty of Teacher Training at the Ludovika National University of Public Service, and Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Digital Media and Communication. Editor-in-chief of the journal Filológia.hu. Previously, she was an associate professor and head of department in the Department of Communication and Media Studies at Corvinus University of Budapest, and also taught at Eötvös Loránd University and Budapest Metropolitan University. Her research interests include: forms of audiovisual manipulation, deepfake; the communicative effects of artificial intelligence; science communication. Author of more than 200 scientific publications in Hungarian, English, or German; Hirsch index: 19.
