Until 2025, he served for ten years as Hungary’s Ambassador accredited to the Holy See and to the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. He pursued his studies in Germany and Switzerland, earning a doctoral degree with a dissertation on Thomistic philosophy. Prior to his diplomatic appointment, he worked as a screenwriter and as the host of a television series, and for five years served as spokesperson to Msgr. Klaus Küng, Bishop of St. Pölten and Austria’s Bishop responsible for family affairs.
He is the author of several novels as well as books on history and family life. His most recent publications include Dubbie: The Double-Headed Eagle (2020); The Habsburg Way – 7 Rules for Turbulent Times (2023); and Building a Wholesome Family in a Broken World: Habsburg Lessons from the Centuries (2024).
He speaks seven languages: German, English, Italian, Hungarian, French, Spanish, and Latin.
