Ági Szalóki first stepped onto the stage in 1994. In 2004, she formed her first band and released her debut album, "Téli-nyári laboda," aimed at children. Her role models and mentors include Márta Sebestyén, Mihály Dresch, and Béla Szakcsi Lakatos, as well as Hungarian and Roma village singers from Transylvania. She has performed extensively abroad, particularly in the United States and Germany, but has also represented Hungary in Jerusalem, Beijing, Moscow, Tokyo, and various European countries. Eight of her albums have been released in Japan. She places great importance on social responsibility and collaborates with several foundations to aid children. She is a multiple winner of the Fonogram Award, Artisjus Performer Award, Regional Prima Award, and the Liszt Ferenc Award for Performing Arts.
