He graduated as a pharmacist from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Semmelweis University of Medicine. He has two decades of teaching experience and is currently a habilitated associate professor. Between 2017 and 2020, he was the Ministerial Commissioner for the Development of Higher Education Institutions for Medical and Health Sciences in the Ministry of Human Resources and later in the State Secretariat for Education of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology. From 2020 to 2022, he served as Deputy State Secretary for Higher Education at the Ministry of Innovation and Technology, then at the Ministry of Culture and Innovation, and from December 2022, as State Secretary for Higher Education, Innovation and Vocational and Adult Education.
