He studied at Zalka Máté Military Technical College and Zrínyi Miklós National Defense University, earning his diplomas in 1987 and 1995, respectively. From 2006, he served as a defence, military, and air attaché in Germany and Denmark (with accreditation). From 2012 to 2014, he was a defence, military, and air attaché with a Central European regional assignment based in Budapest, accredited to Austria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. From 2014 to 2017, he served as a defence, military, and air attaché in Switzerland (with accreditation). From 2014 to 2019, he served in the same position in the Netherlands (with accreditation). From 2014 to 2021, he served in the same position in Germany. Since 2022, he has been Deputy State Secretary for Defense Policy at the Ministry of Defense.
