He graduated from the Police College in 1999 and from the Zrínyi Miklós National Defense University in 2005. He is an experienced customs officer with over 30 years of service, including customs and excise handling, enforcement, and customs inspections. From 2007 to 2019, he served as a customs liaison officer at the International Law Enforcement Cooperation Center. In 2015, he obtained a PhD degree from the Ludovika University of Public Service, where he has been an adjunct professor since 2019. His research areas include international law enforcement cooperation, risk analysis and management, crime analysis, border security, border management, security of trade supply chains, and protection of critical infrastructure.
