He graduated as a pharmacist from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Semmelweis University of Medicine, and received his PhD degree summa cum laude in 2005. In addition to administration and organisational development, he has two decades of teaching experience, and he became a university professor in 2023. Between 2017 and 2020, he was the Ministerial Commissioner for the Development of Higher Education Institutions for Medical and Health Sciences in the Ministry of Human Resources. From 2020 to 2022, he served as Deputy State Secretary for Higher Education at the Ministry of Innovation and Technology, then at the Ministry of Culture and Innovation, and from December 2022, as State Secretary for Higher Education, Innovation and Vocational and Adult Education. Minister for Culture and Innovation from 2024.
