Dr. Norbert Kis, lawyer and professor, has led the Institute for Environmental Sustainability at the University of Public Service since 2022. During his career, he has worked as a lecturer and manager in higher education. He has been a professor at ELTE, Széchenyi István University and the Corvinus University of Budapest. He has been involved in the building of UPS from its beginnings as Dean and Vice-Rector. His research and teaching interests include governance policy, legislation and legal policy, public law enforcement, sustainable development and sustainability policies.
