Rosanna Hoffmann is a legal expert at the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA), where she is head of the UN Space Law for New Space Actors programme. Rosanna Hoffmann was previously Secretary General of the ESA Space Law Centre. She is a recognised international expert on the subject. She holds a BA in Political Science and Governance from the University of Vienna and obtained a law degree. She also holds an MA in International Relations from the Donau-Universitat Krems. Previously, she worked for the Austrian Federal Ministry of Justice and the University of Vienna.
