A lawyer and currently a PhD candidate at the University of Bucharest, he served as President of the European Students’ Union (ESU) from 2023 to 2024, having previously held the position of Vice-PresidentBefore that, he was President of the National Alliance of Student Organizations in Romania (ANOSR). He is currently Head of the Secretariat of the European Higher Education Area and works as a higher education policy expert at the Romanian research funding agency (UEFISCDI). His areas of expertise include the internationalization of higher education, quality assurance, student rights, and the Bologna reforms.
