Prof. Dr. Łukasz Mamica is the Vice-Rector for Cooperation and Projects at Krakow University of Economics, Head of the Department of Public Economics. Coordinator of the research area of Industrial Policy and Development in the International Association of Economists European Association for Evolutionary Political Economy (EAEPE). Editor of the Journal of Public Governance in the field of economics. Since 2005, editor-in-chief of the Innovative Start journal. He conducts research on energy policy and economic competitiveness. Coordinator of the Sztuka pomaga (Art Helps) project, whose aim, in addition to raising funds for socially important causes, is also to promote art. Author of characteristic sculptural re-forms, based on the concept of co-creativity in art, which assumes the necessity of creative thinking on the part of both the creator and the recipient of the work.
