She is the Head of the Strategic and Development Department at the Ludovika University of Public Service (LUPS) István Nemeskürty Faculty of Teacher Training (NITK), and an education researcher at the Learning Institute of the Mathias Corvinus Collegium (MCC). In addition, she serves as an assistant lecturer at the Teacher Training Department of NITK, and pursuing her doctoral studies at the Doctoral School of Public Administration Sciences at LUPS. As a researcher, her main focus lies in Hungarian education policy and governance, teacher training, global educational trends. Previously, she worked in the fields of educational development and internationalisation at other Hungarian universities; prior to that, she taught as a mathematics and English teacher.
