Tamás Marsi is head of department at the National Cyber Security Centre of the Special Service of National Security. He graduated as a political scientist from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of ELTE. He has more than a decade of experience in the field of cybersecurity. Currently, he works as the Lead of the Cyber Threat Analyst and Awareness Team, where he is engaged in the analysis of threats from cyberspace, the development of honeypot systems and centralised intrusion detection solutions, and the coordination of cybersecurity communication and awareness raising. Since 2017, he has been teaching at the Ludovika University of Public Service, where he lectures on incident management.
