Dr. Péter Kozák is Director of the Lower Tisza District Water Directorate and Associate Professor at the Faculty of Water Sciences, Ludovika University of Public Service. His main research areas include integrated water resources management, river basin development, and the management of floods, inland excess water, and groundwater. His expertise also covers climate adaptation, water management in the Tisza Valley, and transboundary water cooperation. Since 2010, he has served as Head of Sub-Committee of the Hungarian–Serbian and Hungarian–Romanian Water Management Commissions.
