Professor Emeritus (ELTE), Historian, former Ambassador. Currently he is an Associate Professor at the Department of American Studies, ELTE. From 2011-2015, he served as Ambassador of Hungary to Ireland. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Hungarian Conservative and the quarterly Hungarian Review.  He has published numerous articles on various topics in the history and foreign policy of the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as on transatlantic relations.
