He was born in Gümüşhane in 1989. He studied law in England. He graduated from the International Relations Department of TOBB University of Economics and Technology. He completed his master's degree in Security Studies at Johns Hopkins University. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in Industrial Policies and Technology Management at Istanbul Commerce University, at the thesis stage. He is an academician at the Police Academy, teaching courses on technology policies, artificial intelligence, diplomacy, cybersecurity, and entrepreneurship. He provides investment and consultancy support to technology startups. He speaks English fluently, and has a basic knowledge of French and Arabic. He is married and has two children.
