He graduated in law from Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2015 and earned his PhD in 2020. In recent years, he has gained experience in the protection and representation of national minorities and in European Union policymaking and decision-making in various institutions. Since 2018, he has been Vice President of the Rákóczi Association. In recent years, he has assisted the work of the Party of the Hungarian Community in Felvidék as a consultant and was the party's European Parliament candidate in 2019. In 2021, as a Hungary Foundation scholarship recipient, he spent twelve months as a visiting researcher at the University Of Notre Dame in the United States. Since January 2020, he has been a scientific assistant at the Europe Strategy Research Institute (EUSTRAT) of the József Eötvös Research Center of the Ludovika University of Public Service, later becoming a research fellow. Since June 1, 2022, he has been the acting director of the research institute. His research areas include European Union law and policy, minority and human rights, international legal and advocacy opportunities for national minorities, direct democracy in the European Union, and Visegrád cooperation.
