She completed her secondary school studies at the Hungarian-English Language Secondary School in Balatonalmádi then graduated from the Eötvös Loránd University and the Corvinus University of Budapest with a bachelor's and master's degree in international studies. During her university years, she spent six months in Spain studying political science at the University of Granada, and later spent two months in Brussels on an internship at the European Parliament. She obtained her PhD in security policy at the Doctoral School of Military Science of the National University of Public Service. She gained her professional experience as a foreign affairs staff member of the Cabinet of the Ministry of Public Administration in the field of public administration, and later in the Mayor's Office of Veszprém. Since 2015, she has been the vice-president for foreign affairs of the youth organisation of Fidesz. Between 2014-2019, she was a municipal councillor of Dózsaváros, Csererdő and Jutaspuszta, and between 2018-2019 she led the Fidesz-KDNP parliamentary group. She is currently Deputy Mayor of Veszprém.
