He obtained his degree in History and Portuguese Studies from Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in 1984, followed by a doctoral degree in 1986. Since the late 1990s, he has served as the Director of Communications and Business Development at an international consulting firm, overseeing major international development programs. He managed EU communication projects for half a decade at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As a member of the board of the Magyary Zoltán e-Governance Science Association, he has been focusing on the interaction between ICT technologies and international relations since the mid-2000s. As a researcher at the Cybersecurity Research Institute, he investigates issues related to the geopolitics of cyberspace, cyber diplomacy, and emerging threats. As the leader of the international project called CASPA, he collaborates with his team to develop innovative tools and methods to increase cyber awareness among future non-engineering professionals in the public sector.
