In 2000, he graduated as an agricultural administrative engineer, and in 2014, he obtained a university degree in rural development and agricultural engineering from the University of Debrecen. Together with his wife, based on production experiences from Germany, they have been conducting exemplary organic farming in Hajdúnánás since 1997, focusing on cultivating organic cereals and vegetables. He has been the mayor of Hajdúnánás since 2010. In 2015, he was awarded the title "Agricultural Personality of the Year" in the category of Sustainable Farming. He serves as the national vice president responsible for environmental sustainability at the National Chamber of Agriculture and as the president of Hajdú-Bihar County.
