The Ludovika Big Band was founded in the autumn of 2022 by students of the University of Public Service. Initially, the goal was to provide musically inclined students with an opportunity to use their skills and enjoy making music together. Within a year, the band developed so much that they decided to showcase their talent in front of a larger audience—filling the Széchenyi Ceremonial Hall in November 2023 and giving a sold-out concert for members of the university and interested guests.

The band’s repertoire includes both timeless classics and modern hits.
