As of 1 March 2025, Anna Mészáros serves as a Director of the Teacher Training Center at the Ludovika University of Public Service. Prior to this, she was Head of Department at the Eger Pedagogical Education Centre of the Educational Authority for ten years, from 2015. Between 2011 and 2015, she served as Director of the Heves County Pedagogical Institute.

She obtained her secondary school teaching degree in History and Russian Language and Literature from Kossuth Lajos University in 1989. She later earned a degree as a specialist economist from the College of Finance and Accountancy in 1997. She also holds qualifications in educational leadership and a professional teaching examination from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
